Terms & Conditions
1. General
RW Autofix provides mobile vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and repair services across Warrington and surrounding areas. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
RW Autofix is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our website and online services.
2. Estimates & Quotations
All quotations are provided as estimates based on the information available at the time. Additional labour, diagnostics, or parts may be required once work has commenced. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before further work is carried out.
Diagnostic investigations identify faults based on symptoms and testing available at the time. Additional faults or related issues may become apparent during or after repair.
3. Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RW Autofix reserves the right to charge interest or recovery costs on overdue payments where applicable. Vehicles and/or keys may be retained until payment has been received in full.
All parts supplied remain the property of RW Autofix until paid for in full.
Where online payments are made through the website, customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
4. Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) where parts are supplied and fitted by RW Autofix.
Parts supplied by RW Autofix are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
No warranty is provided on:
- customer-supplied parts
- used or reconditioned parts unless otherwise stated
- repairs requested against professional recommendation
Warranty claims do not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- misuse or neglect
- accidental damage
- unrelated faults
- pre-existing issues
- consequential losses
5. Customer-Supplied Parts
RW Autofix accepts no responsibility for the quality, compatibility, suitability, or failure of customer-supplied parts. Labour charges remain payable regardless of part failure or incompatibility.
6. Repairs & Additional Work
Certain repairs may require specialist coding, programming, calibration, or dealer-level software which may incur additional charges.
RW Autofix is not responsible for damage caused by seized, corroded, weakened, or previously damaged components during necessary repair work. Older vehicles and heavily corroded components may carry increased risk during removal and repair procedures.
7. Cancellations & Call-Outs
A call-out or cancellation fee may apply where:
- appointments are cancelled at short notice
- the vehicle is inaccessible
- the customer is unavailable
- incorrect vehicle details are provided
- work cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions
RW Autofix reserves the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:
- safe and suitable working conditions
- legal parking/access where required
- accurate vehicle information
- access to wheel locking keys where applicable
The customer must ensure the vehicle is road legal unless otherwise agreed.
9. Website Use
This website and its content are provided for general information purposes only. RW Autofix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of the website or services without notice.
Users must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or restrict website access where misuse or abuse is identified.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, images, and website design, remains the property of RW Autofix unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

- pre-existing faults
- breakdowns unrelated to completed work
- delays caused by parts suppliers
- loss of earnings, travel costs, or consequential losses
- missed appointments caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
